Shawn Bryan has worked in the roofing and waterproofing industry for over twenty years and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

His extensive involvement in state and government contracts has made him an expert in contract negotiation, construction permitting and legal issues. He has managed diverse projects ranging from single story houses to high-rise construction in downtown Boston.

Shawn is also familiar with procurement and the design process as he has worked with all major building envelope engineering firms in the Boston area.

Toni Bryan has worked in the roofing and waterproofing industry for over sixteen years and serves as the Operational and Functional Manager of Newton Roofing.

It was Toni’s vision to form our Residential Division. As a homeowner and mother of three, she understands what residential customers want and expect, and she instills that into our crews.

Toni attended Becker College in Worcester.

Rich Melo has been managing our commercial, condominium, and institutional projects since his arrival to Newton Roofing, Co. in 2002. In addition, Rich heads our service work division, dispatching and scheduling our crews.

A Massachusetts native, Rich has earned undergraduate degrees from Wentworth Institute of Technology and the University of Maryland and is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor. “Our reputation is everything in the industry” Rich says, “so doing the right thing at every turn is what earns our customers’ respect and trust."

Mike has been estimating and managing projects for Newton Roofing for over 15 years. He has substantial knowledge in all aspects of roofing which range from single-family homes to large commercial projects.

Originally from Newton, Mike now resides in Waltham. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Massachusetts in Lowell.

Tom has several years experience in both residential and commercial roofing projects.

Tom draws on his diverse experience as an automotive technician, retail manager and sales consultant. He has both technical and people skills to successfully manage projects for Newton Roofing. His dedication to the customer is his first priority and speaks volumes about his work ethic.

Tom attended Framingham State College and presently resides in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Dinah has been Newton Roofing’s office manager since 1998. Before joining the Newton Roofing family, Dinah honed her customer service skills as Senior Flight Attendant with a major airline. Her introduction to the roofing world began in 1997 when she and her husband started Davis Consulting Group, a firm serving the construction industry.

Dinah attended a local college and has been a Newton resident for many years.
